Riversoft, Inc.

Founded in 1997, RiverSoft’s home care software is running in hundreds of home care agency sites, from Florida to Maine and from North Carolina to California in sites as small as 5 users and as large as more than 100 users.

The software and database reside on your server and workstations. Software and database updates are automatically done via the internet. Web-based software installations, trainings, and support are delivered from our office in Melbourne, Florida.

All software updates (for changing billing standards, OASIS standards, state and federal regulations) and enhancements are free.

Great system performance is assured because the software and data are local to your network.

The database is automatically backed up. If your server is damaged, we can have you back up and running on a new server in just over an hour.

Automating your agency with RiverSoft begins with a software installation and configuration training. Then, with about 6 more trainings over a period of about a month, you will automate your agency with SAM and begin your first RiverSoft automated payroll and billing cycle.

Once your SAM processes are smooth (patient intake, employee tracking, scheduling, care plan and verbal order management, scheduling, visit compliance, weekly verification, invoice and claim creation, payroll submission, electronic and payer invoice and claim submission) we can then introduce MAT and point of care to your agency.

MAT is trained in two internet sessions: an operational training session and MAT document training. Clinicians with tablets are added to the MAT pool 2 or 3 at a time to allow time for the office to assimilate the new users and adjust to the change in operations from keying care plans, OASIS, patient status updates, and verified visit information to simple reviewing and forwarding information from MAT to SAM.
